With the StatusRequest, the trucking company provides the known and relevant data about the transport to the terminal. The terminal reviews the information received and answers with a StatusInformation message.
The StatusInformation contains information about whether or not
If there is an error or discrepancy in the data, this must be corrected and the changes sent to the terminal. If the data is correct and the transport is ready to process, the trucking company can see in the StatusInformation whether the transport can use self-handling or if the trucker needs to go through MVP (manual preliminary inspection / interchange).
|Red: Not operable||The dispatch at the terminal cannot take place because the StatusRequest is incorrect and/or availability for delivery or retrieval is not given. The trucking company must actively correct the data and resend the StatusRequest with the corrected data|
|Yellow: waiting||The StatusRequest is in principle correct, but the dispatch information is not yet confirmed (e.g., because the container has not yet been discharged). As soon as the status changes, a new StatusInformation will be sent.|
|Green: OK||The availability for delivery or retrieval is given, the transport can be executed. The dispatch information is displayed only for informational purposes.|
|Green: Papers needed||The availability for delivery or retrieval is given, the transport can be executed. It is necessary to bring papers for a manual dispatch. The dispatch information is displayed only for informational purposes.|
