For the login in the TRUCKGATE-App and to identify themselves at the terminals on site, drivers must identify themselves via an IDP-system (Identity-Provider-System).

In Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven are currently three IDP-systems in use: 

• Conroo (at the Eurogate-terminals and HCS)
• Impala ID (at authorities, C. Steinweg and HCS)
• Passify (at the HHLA-terminals)

From the end of March 2026, drivers must be assigned to the transport company in the IDP apps in order for the driver to be able to pick up a full container.
