What qualifies as a technishal question?

Technical questions deal with communication of data. They deal with the transmission of data and replies to transmissions, not about the contents of the transmissions.


  • An invoice is missing (it is still being sent)
  • You receive no reply
  • The communication is very slow (more than 30 minutes)


In these cases you should contact your service provider, i.e., the provider of the software you use. Your service provider will look into the problem and communicate it to DAKOSY, if necessary.
