What qualifies as a question of content ?


Content questions are about the contents of the data. They deal with questions of the validity of data, StatusCodes from the terminals, or problems with a tour.

Examples

  • Release/Booking is invalid
  • Container not recognised
  • Warehousing is not ended
  • The tour plan reference number doesn’t function at the terminal
  • All questions about StatusCodes received

 

In these cases, please contact the terminal.
In questions about the content of the data, software providers cannot know the reasons for conflicting information, e.g., a new carrier booking which is only known by the terminals.
